Console App
The execution and management layer where you monitor live automations, review conversations, and optimize performance with VAI.
What is the Console?
The Console is where you monitor and manage the automations running for your business. Automations themselves are created and configured in the separate Builder App — the Console is the operational home for automations that are already live: you watch their performance, review every conversation they've handled, and stay on top of anything that needs your attention.
VAI — The Productivity Freak
VAI is an analyst and mentor residing in the Console App. VAI specializes in process mining and decision backing. It identifies business bottlenecks, suggests new automations, and can make data-backed business decisions on your behalf.
What is an automation?
An automation is a live workflow — for example, an AI-driven customer support or sales flow — that was built and published in the Builder App. Once published, it starts appearing in the Console's sidebar, where you can track how it's performing and review what it has done.
:::tip The Console only ever shows automations that have been created in the Builder App. You won't find raw connectors, agents, or standalone tasks here — only finished, running automations. :::
Getting around
The sidebar is your main navigation:
- New Chat — start a new conversation with VAI.
- Recent chats — jump back into previous VAI conversations.
- Automations — expand to see every automation running for your business. Select one to open its detail view. This is also the central hub to toggle automation status, review logs, and audit performance.
- Insights — detailed analytical reports that help you identify hidden bottlenecks and opportunities for further process automation. Includes Customer Profile, Promo Ideas, and Restock views. (Coming soon.)
- Usage — track your credit usage, broken down by where it's being spent: Automations, Connectors, VAI, and Opspilot.
- Billing — financial management of your Opsfly subscription: subscription tiers, payment methods, and invoice history for the business.
- Notifications — a quick link to your notifications, with a badge showing how many need action.
Automation detail view
Selecting an automation from the sidebar opens two tabs:
Dashboard
A performance snapshot for that automation — conversation volume, response times, and other key stats at a glance.
Conversations
The full history of everything the automation has handled. Use the filters to narrow the list:
- All — every conversation.
- Action — conversations waiting on you to do something.
- Pending — conversations still in progress.
Select any conversation to see its full step-by-step history.
Notifications
The Notifications page keeps you informed about anything happening across your automations and account. Notifications are grouped by type:
| Type | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Support | Updates related to a support ticket |
| Outage | A service disruption |
| Failure | Something went wrong in an automation |
| Action | Needs a decision or response from you |
| General | General updates |
| Payment | Billing-related updates |
Use the All / Action tabs to filter. Notifications that need a response are marked Pending until you resolve them, after which they're marked Resolved.
Settings
Open Settings from the account menu (bottom of the sidebar) to manage:
- General — app preferences.
- Account — your profile details.
- Privacy — privacy-related controls.
- Billing — your subscription, payment method, and invoice history.
- Usage — how much of your plan's credit you've consumed.
Support
Go to Support from the account menu for:
- Frequently asked questions
