Custom Automation Templates

Overview

If none of the ready-made Automation Templates fit your business, you don't need to write code or learn to draw workflow nodes yourself. Just talk to Dada, describe what you need in plain language, and Dada builds it for you — as smooth as a conversation.

This is different from Custom Automation, where you assemble the Connectors, Agents, and Autotasks yourself with Dada's guidance. Here, you describe your requirements and Dada does the building.

How it works

1. Describe your business process to Dada — what should happen, and when.
2. Dada builds an automation based on your conversation and submits it.
3. Our team vets and optimizes the submission. This step varies in depth depending on how complex the automation is — some are ready quickly, others take longer to review and tune.
4. Once approved, your custom automation is deployed and ready to use.

Using it

A deployed custom automation works just like any other automation:

• It runs on your normal subscription credit — no separate charge.
• You can track its conversations, performance metrics, and insights from the Console App.
