Opsfly

Quickstart

What Opsfly is, how it compares to traditional automation, and how to go from a plain-English idea to a live automation in minutes.

What is Opsfly?

Opsfly is a process automation platform built with care for e-commerce businesses. We remove boring, manual work by identifying and automating your processes. We redefine productivity, shifting the definition of efficiency away from working harder and longer, toward working smarter and simpler. We help businesses fight against chaos — the overwhelming, fragmented mess of trying to scale a business without proper systems.

Opsfly vs. traditional automation

Traditional platforms often force you to learn complex interfaces, connect visual nodes, or write configuration scripts. Opsfly removes this complexity entirely through conversational, intent-based automation. You simply explain what you need to achieve, and the platform translates your intent into functional workflows, eliminating the steep technical learning curve.

Core architecture

Our platform operates through two interconnected hubs:

  • Builder App — the creation engine where you work with Dada to design processes and recruit agents.
  • Console App — the execution and management layer where VAI optimizes performance, helps you make data-backed decisions, and provides analytics.

Together, they create a seamless lifecycle from automation design to continuous improvement.

Quickstart guide

Two paths take you from a plain-English idea to a live automation:

  • Hand-Curated Premium Templates — access our library of expert-built automation templates, pre-optimized for e-commerce businesses. Pick one and you can be live in minutes.
  • Customer On-Demand Automation — collaborate with Dada to define your unique process, and have a custom solution built specifically for you. (Coming soon.)

Once you've chosen your path:

  1. Configure — work with Dada to set up the necessary connectors, agents, and autotasks.
  2. Launch — activate your workflow and monitor it in the Console App.
