Business Onboarding
Step-by-step procedures for onboarding a new business onto Opsfly.
Overview
Getting your business running on Opsfly means connecting your existing tools — messaging, e-commerce, spreadsheets — so your Agents and Automations can act on them. Most businesses can do this with a Connector from our existing list.
Using a custom in-house system
If your company runs its own custom inventory, order management, or CRM software instead of one of our supported platforms, you don't need to switch systems or build the integration yourself.
- Submit a support ticket and let us know you'd like to connect a custom system.
- Share your system's Swagger (OpenAPI) documentation — this describes the endpoints your software already exposes.
- Our team builds a direct integration against your API using our predefined integration process.
- Once it's live, Dada and VAI can talk to your tech stack directly — the same way they work with any built-in connector.
:::tip Most custom integrations are delivered within 2 weeks — far faster than the months a typical custom integration project takes elsewhere — because we follow a predefined, repeatable process instead of scoping every integration from scratch. :::
