- User — an individual account holder on the Opsfly platform. A user can manage multiple businesses.
- Business — an individual e-commerce store or entity managed within the Opsfly platform. Each business requires its own separate subscription tier to function.
- Connector — integrations that link Opsfly with external tools (e.g. Messenger, Karbar, Gmail, Google Sheets) to enable data flow.
- Agent — an AI-driven entity designed to execute specific tasks or processes autonomously on your behalf. Think of it like a brain.
- Autotask — a single, repeatable unit of work triggered at a scheduled time or based on an event, which may involve agents. Think of it like a motor response to senses.
- Automation template — a pre-built, hand-curated workflow optimized for popular e-commerce business scenarios.
- Automation — the complete, functional workflow that coordinates agents, connectors, and autotasks to streamline a business process.
- Custom automation — a purpose-built workflow designed in collaboration with Dada, tailored specifically to your unique business requirements.
- Role — combining multiple automations, we create a role. A role functions like a digital employee with targeted expertise. (Coming soon.)
- Dada — the Automator; an AI expert in the Builder App that guides you through building custom automations and roles.
- VAI — the Productivity Freak; an AI analyst in the Console App that optimizes performance, provides insights, and makes data-backed decisions on your behalf.

- Metrics Dashboard — the centralized visual interface in the Console App displaying your key performance indicators and an overview of each automation.
- Vertical feature — a specialized functional capability of an agent (e.g. audio processing, advanced formatting, image analysis, or link parsing) that extends its core intelligence to handle specific media or data types.
- Agent type — the architectural framework of an agent (e.g. ReAct, CodeAct, Dynamic UI), defining how it processes information and interacts with the environment.
- Additional tool — an MCP tool specific to the Opsfly platform that enables an agent to update information on your behalf.
- Additional resource — an MCP resource specific to the Opsfly platform that allows agents to access and retrieve data.
- Additional prompt — an MCP prompt specific to the Opsfly platform that provides specialized instructions to refine agent behavior.
- Embedded agent — agents integrated directly into your website or external platforms for direct interaction with your customers or audience. We provide a URL and script to embed these agents easily.
- Managed login — allows an embedded agent to verify customers using your application's existing login system securely.
- Copilot automation — an automation template for an on-screen embedded agent right inside your app or website to help your customers use your platform.
- Tier — the subscription plan governing your account. Each tier includes specific credit usage limits and a grace credit limit to ensure your operations continue smoothly.
