Overview
Automation Templates are hand-curated, pre-built workflows ready for deployment. They let you skip the "blank slate" and deploy proven patterns instantly.
Use a template
- Go to Automations → Browse Templates.
- Review a template's card — click the info icon for details, or check the connector logos shown to see what it integrates with.
- Click Use Template.
- Complete the setup wizard, in order:
- Connectors — authenticate any connectors the template needs. You can't move on until required connectors are set up.
- Agents — configure the agent(s) the template includes.
- Autotask — configure the workflow(s) the template includes.
- Finish the wizard to activate the automation for your business.
A template you've already used shows as Already Used so you don't set it up twice.
:::tip Start with a template even if it's not a perfect fit — finishing the wizard gives you a working set of Connectors, Agents, and an Autotask that you can then edit freely. :::
