What's included

• Customer Support — the only Automation Template available in this release. Set up automatic customer replies across WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram, backed by your store inventory and knowledge base.

Not yet available

• Dada is not available in this release — you can't yet build automations through conversation.
• Custom Automation is not yet possible — you can't assemble your own Connectors, Agents, and Autotasks from scratch, or request a Custom Automation Template, until a later release.

For now, the Customer Support template is the way to get an automation running on Opsfly.
