Business

Overview

A Business represents the operational scope of your store. It manages credentials, subscription tiers, and environment settings. Every Connector, Agent, Autotask, and Automation you create belongs to one business. Switching businesses switches your entire workspace.

Create a business

1. Open the business selector (account area → business switcher).
2. Click Create Business.
3. Fill in:
   • Business Name (required)
   • Business Category (required — choose from the industry list)
   • Description (optional)
   • Business Email (optional)
4. Click Create Business.

You're switched into the new business automatically.

Switch between businesses

1. Open the business selector.
2. Search for a business by name if you have several.
3. Click any row to switch to that business.

Edit or delete a business

From the business selector, each row has:

• Copy — duplicate the business.
• Edit — update name, category, description, or email.
• Delete — remove the business. If it's your currently active one, you're switched to another remaining business automatically.

:::tip If you have no businesses yet, you'll land on a getting-started screen prompting you to create your first one — do that before touching Connectors, Agents, or Autotasks, since all of them require an active business. :::
