Karbar

Overview

The Karbar connector links your Karbar online store to Opsfly so your Agents can browse your catalog, answer product questions, and place orders on behalf of customers.

What you can do with it

• Search products by keyword, category, or brand
• Look up full product details — price, description, images, and available variants (e.g. color, size)
• Browse your catalog by category
• List available payment methods (e.g. Cash on Delivery, bKash)
• Check whether a coupon code is valid before applying it
• Place an order directly with a customer's name, phone number, and delivery address

What you'll need

Just your Karbar store's web address (e.g. https://yourstore.karbar.shop).

Connect Karbar

1. Go to Connectors in the side menu.
2. Click Add, then choose Karbar.
3. Enter your store URL.
4. Click Test connection to confirm it's reachable.
5. Click Save Connector.

With Karbar connected, recruit an Agent to help customers browse and order, or add it as a knowledge source in a template like Customer Support.
