Dynamic Site

Connect a dynamic site to your business.

Overview

The Dynamic Site connector links your own e-commerce backend to Opsfly, giving your Agents full management access to your catalog, customers, coupons, and orders.

What you can do with it

  • Browse, search, and manage your product categories
  • Look up, add, update, or remove products
  • Adjust stock levels — set an exact count or add/subtract from what's on hand
  • Look up, add, update, or remove customers
  • Create and manage discount coupons, and check whether one is valid for a given order
  • Look up, place, and track orders, and update an order's status (e.g. confirmed, packed, shipped, delivered, cancelled)

What you'll need

Before connecting, get the following from your Dynamic Site admin panel:

  • API token — authorizes Opsfly to access your store's data
  • Store URL — your Dynamic Site instance's web address
