Instant Messenger

Overview

Instant Messenger connects your Facebook Page to Opsfly the fast way — no Meta developer app, no webhook setup, no manually copying access tokens or secrets. You just sign in.

Once connected, incoming Messenger conversations and Page comments reach Opsfly the moment they happen — there's no delay and nothing to refresh.

What you can do with it

• Reply to customer messages with text
• Send quick replies (up to 13 tappable options)
• Send buttons that open a link, start a call, or trigger an action (e.g. "View Order", "Track Delivery", "Call Support")
• Send a scrollable product carousel with images, titles, and buttons
• Send images, audio, video, or files
• Show a typing indicator or mark a message as seen
• Read and reply to comments on your Page's posts
• Hide or delete comments
• Move a public comment into a private message reply

Connect Instant Messenger

1. Go to Connectors in the side menu.
2. Click Add, then choose Instant Messenger.
3. Click Connect with Meta and sign in through the popup window.
4. Pick the Facebook Page you want to connect and approve access.
5. Click Save Connector — you're done.

:::tip Regular Messenger connections normally involve building a Meta developer app, registering a webhook, and manually retrieving a page access token and app secret. Instant Messenger skips all of that — the whole connection happens in the popup. :::
